Gary Daichendt – Chairman, Theory R Properties

Gary Daichendt is the founder and Chairman of the commercial real estate firm, Theory R Properties. Gary is best known for his work at Cisco Systems, Inc. during its period of highest and record achieving growth. He served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations, Cisco’s second highest ranking executive. His career also includes the position President and Chief Operating Officer of Nortel Networks Corporation in 2005. Gary has extensive public company board experience. He has served on the Board of Directors for Juniper Networks as it Lead Independent Director, Polycom as its Chairman, NCR Corporation, ShoreTel, Inc. and Emulex Corporation. He continues to advise multiple high-tech start-ups in the software and SaaS business. He has also served on the boards of multiple Christian organizations including Azusa Pacific University, Walk Thru the Bible, Living on the Edge, and NAEN Ministries

Gary joined Cisco in 1994 as Vice President of Intercontinental Operations and soon became Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations. In 1998, Gary was promoted to Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations with worldwide responsibility for sales, support, distribution, manufacturing, and strategic alliances. He led a team of 12,000 employees in over 100 countries, increasing operational revenues and profits by over 50% per annum.

Prior to joining Cisco, he spent 10 years at IBM in various engineering, sales, marketing, and management positions and 8 years at Wang Laboratories serving as Vice President of Central Operations and Vice President of Marketing. He is co-author of the book, I-Operations. He holds a M.S. in Mathematics from Ohio State University and a B.A. from Youngstown State University. He and his wife, Cathy, reside in California.

Buddy Molway – Vice President of Operations, Theory R Properties

Buddy is responsible for property management in California and has oversight of day to day operations, maintenance, construction services and tenant support. Buddy is a licensed broker in California and also holds his CPM designation. Prior to returning to California, Buddy spent 4 years as a Property Manager for Theory R Properties in Arizona at their Southwest Jet Center and Echo Executive Park locations which consisted of 140,000 SF of office and hangar space. Buddy was responsible for day to day operations, tenant support and managed team members. Prior to joining Theory R Properties, Buddy worked in finance at OMEGA Accounting Solutions. Buddy graduated Lambda Pi Eta in 2006 from Vanguard University with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. During his free time, Buddy enjoys spending time with his kids and wife, and enjoys hiking, surfing and spending time outdoors.

Brandon Quinn – Arizona Property Manager

Brandon joined our team in 2017 as a line service technician. In that capacity, he provided exceptional customer service to our aircraft tenants at the Southwest Jet Center located in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. In 2018, Brandon transitioned into an administrative role before progressing into the Arizona Property Manager position in 2022. He works diligently assisting our office and retail tenants in daily operations and management functions.

Brandon was raised in a family of custom home builders and worked alongside them for several years. He brings a strong work ethic to our team. Before moving to Arizona from Washington state, Brandon studied fire science where he obtained his firefighter certifications in addition to furthering his knowledge on building construction and design. He also holds his ACoM designation provided by the Institute of Real Estate Management.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities such as boating and riding his motorcycle.

Ryan Wargo – Arizona Operations Manager

Ryan started his career with Southwest Jet Center in 2007 as a Line Service Technician. During that time, he gained invaluable skills in providing customer service and maintaining an excellent safety record. As the Line Service Manager and newly appointed Arizona Operations Manager, he leads a team of highly skilled professionals and customer service experts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ryan and his team focus on safety and service excellence which have earned Southwest Jet Center an unparalleled reputation as the premier private hangar facility in Scottsdale.

Ryan enjoys hiking the Arizona desert trails, traveling abroad, spending time with his wife and their three pups!
