Gary Daichendt – Chairman, Theory R Properties

Gary’s expansive career as a senior officer of leading organizations provides him broad expertise in senior management, strategy and operational excellence, as well as an extensive understanding of the global IT industry. Gary served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Cisco, where he was responsible for global sales, support, distribution, manufacturing and strategic alliances. He spent eight years at Wang Laboratories, serving as its Vice President of Central Operations and Vice President of Marketing. He was also President and Chief Operating Officer at Nortel Networks and spent 10 years in various sales, marketing and management positions at IBM.

Gary also has extensive experience in public company corporate governance. He has served on the public boards of NCR Corporation, Polycom, Emulex and ShoreTel. Gary currently serves on the board of Juniper Networks and the advisory boards of multiple private high tech companies. He has also served on the boards of multiple Christian organizations including Azusa Pacific University, Walk Thru the Bible, Living on the Edge, and NAEN Ministries. Gary is co-author of the book, I-Operations. He holds a M.S. in Mathematics from Ohio State University and a B.A. from Youngstown State University. He and his wife, Cathy, reside in California.

Buddy Molway – Director of Operations, Theory R Properties

Buddy is responsible for property management in California and has oversight of day to day operations, maintenance, construction services and tenant support. Buddy is a licensed broker in California and also holds his CPM designation. Prior to returning to California, Buddy spent 4 years as a Property Manager for Theory R Properties in Arizona at their Southwest Jet Center and Echo Executive Park locations which consisted of 140,000 SF of office and hangar space. Buddy was responsible for day to day operations, tenant support and managed team members.

Prior to joining Theory R Properties, Buddy worked in finance at OMEGA Accounting Solutions. Buddy graduated Lambda Pi Eta in 2006 from Vanguard University with a Bachelors Degree in Communications.

During his free time, Buddy enjoys spending time with his kids and wife, and enjoys hiking, surfing and spending time outdoors.

Bobby Garcia – Property Manager

Bobby has called Phoenix home since 1972. He enjoys taking in the beautiful desert scenery as much as possible.

Bobby retired from AT&T after a career spanning 23 years. During that time he held many titles such as Production Manager, Corporate Trainer, and Human Resource Manager. Bobby has worked in a variety of environments and through it all found the interaction, knowledge sharing, and personal growth to be a rewarding experience.

In 2011, Bobby became involved in the aviation industry as the Director of Safety for a premier charter operation based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He facilitated the implementation of the company’s safety program striving to incorporate “Best Industry Practices.” During his tenure, this company received awards and accolades for its safety program.

Bobby joined the Southwest Jet Center team in 2013 as the Line Service Manager. He managed a team of talented individuals that delivered exceptional customer service and remained safety focused throughout all aspects of flight operations.

As Property Manager, Bobby will care for our customers with that same enthusiasm and dedication to service.

Ryan Wargo – Line Service Manager

Ryan started his career with Southwest Jet Center in 2007 as a Line Service Technician. During that time, he gained invaluable skills in providing customer service and maintaining an excellent safety record. As the Line Service Manager, he leads a team of highly skilled professionals and customer service experts in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Ryan and his teams focus on safety and service excellence have earned Southwest Jet Center an unparalleled reputation as the premier private hangar facility in Scottsdale.

Ryan enjoys hiking the Arizona desert trails, traveling abroad and spending time with his wife and their three pups!

Brandon Quinn – Property Management Specialist

Brandon joined our team in 2017 as a line service technician. In that capacity, he provided exceptional customer service to our aircraft tenants at the Southwest Jet Center located in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. In 2018, Brandon transitioned into his current role of Property Management Specialist. He works diligently assisting our tenants and team in the daily operations and administrative functions.

Brandon was raised in a family of custom home builders and worked alongside them for several years. He brings a strong work ethic to our team. Before moving to Arizona from Washington state, Brandon studied fire science where he obtained his firefighter certifications in addition to furthering his knowledge on building construction and design.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities such as golfing and riding his motorcycle.

Our line staff are all NATA certified professionals who are dedicated to keeping aircraft safe, clean and on time. They are diligent in their efforts to follow procedures and often go beyond our expectations. We are proud to have them all as a part of our team.
